Sarah Sterling
Sarah is an Associate Broker with the Halstead Property Hudson Valley Office in Hudson, New York. She is affiliated with both the Columbia County and Green County MLS's and Sarah specializes in both residential and commercial real estate. Having renovated many buildings in Hudson as well as owned and managed many investment properties, her contacts in the construction trades are an asset to any buyer. She finds great joy in searching out the best opportunities for her clients.
A graduate of Cornell University, she has also studied at the International Center for Photography, the School of Visual Arts and California College of Arts and Crafts. She moved from California to Manhattan until eventually settling in Hudson where she is a well-known local artist and involved with local politics. She has served on the boards of the Arts Council and the Hudson Opera House as well as having been a member of the Zoning Board of Appeals and the Historic Preservation Committee.
