Mary Stapleton
Mary began her esteemed sales career at 10 years old in Warren Michigan and never looked back. Aside from selling her toys; her career began by selling candy door to door, raising money for a young boy, in order for him to receive a kidney. This speaks volumes as to the diligent, hard working and compassionate woman she is today.
Mary’s mother always told her she could sell the Brooklyn Bridge, and in 1981 she moved to New York City. There she attend the esteemed Toby Coburn School on Madison and entered the world of Fashion. Her achievements led her to Vice President of Sales for a leading Fashion Trends Forecasting Company which allowed her to experience another dream; to travel the world; and that she did; throughout the regions of France, London, Australia, Germany and Switzerland, which also allowed her to develop many life long relationships of which she still cherishes today.
After 18 years Mary decided to pack up the husband her first baby girl and moved to Westchester. She sold their apartment, by herself, on East 52nd street, and through that experience, found her true calling, Real Estate, which eventually led her to Columbia County NY. After numerous visits over the years, and relatives in the area Mary decided, like many second home retreat seekers, to find a haven for her family; and that she did. Eventually they decided to settle in the area and decided to make real estate a career.
Mary’s experience of lifestyles, ability to listen, and hard work has led her to be a consistent top producer in the area. Being on the buying and selling end in every market Mary has an inherent sense of what her clients and customers command. Her understanding and knowledge of the market along with her high energy and enthusiasm Mary has the ability to guide you through the transaction process seamlessly, and making it an enjoyable experience along the way.
